The Company’s chief operating decision-maker is its Chief Executive Officer. ATG views its operations and manages its business as one segment with three product offerings: software licenses, recurring services, and professional and education services. ATG evaluates these product offerings based on their respective revenues and gross margins. As a result, the financial information disclosed in the consolidated financial statements represents the material financial information related to our principal operating segment. </div> <div align="left" style="font-size: 10pt; margin-top: 6pt">     Revenues from foreign sources were approximately $13.4 million and $14.7 million for the three months ended June 30, 2010 and 2009, respectively and $25.1 million and $25.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2010 and 2009 respectively. Revenues from foreign sources were primarily generated from customers located in Europe and the Asia/Pacific region.
