ITEM 5:	OTHER EVENTS AND REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
	On January 8, 2004, the Company signed a purchase agreement with Agrolimen - a privately held Spanish food conglomerate - to acquire certain confectionery businesses of its Joyco Group. The Company simultaneously issued a Press Release to the public regarding the acquisition. The said Press Release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
