Accounting Standards Update and Change in Accounting Principle [Abstract]
Recent Accounting Pronouncements Recent Accounting Pronouncements        In June 2016, the FASB issued ASU No. 2016-13, which amended the guidance of FASB Accounting Standards Codification (“ASC”) Topic 326, Financial Instruments - Credit Losses (Topic 326): Measurement of Credit Losses on Financial Instruments. ASU No. 2016-13 requires the immediate recognition of estimated credit losses expected to occur over the remaining life of many financial assets, including trade receivables. The Company adopted this ASU on January 1, 2020 using a modified retrospective approach, which allows the impact of adoption to be recorded through a cumulative effect adjustment to retained earnings without restating comparative periods. The cumulative effect adjustment for adoption of ASU No. 2016-13 resulted in a decrease of $0.4 million in Accounts receivable, net and a decrease of $0.3 million in Retained earnings, net of tax, as of January 1, 2020. Refer to Note 8, Allowance for Credit Losses, for additional disclosures resulting from the adoption of ASU No. 2016-13.
