Income Taxes	Income Taxes Actua Corporation, FolioDynamix, GovDelivery, and VelocityEHS file a consolidated federal income tax return. Bolt is not included in Actua’s consolidated federal income tax return. For the six months ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, a tax provision was recognized for state and foreign income taxes; no tax benefit for the loss from continuing operations was recognized as Actua maintains a full valuation allowance against its federal net deferred tax assets that it believes, after evaluating all the positive and negative evidence, both historical and prospective, is more likely than not to not be realized.
