SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On April 1, 2013, we announced that Sydney Carey resigned her position as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company on March 28, 2013, to be effective on April 19, 2013. Murray Rode, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, was appointed to the position of interim Chief Financial Officer, effective on April 19, 2013, and will also become our interim Principal Financial Officer on that date.
