RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	During the year ended 2014 various officers advanced funds to support the daily operations of the company. As of March 31, 2014, $1,910 remained due to related parties as repayment for advanced monies, all related other party notes have been extinguished or re-negotiated as convertible notes. See note 8.
