There were no anti-dilutive securities for fiscal 2021. Stock options covering 398,498, and 313,144 common shares for fiscal 2020 and fiscal 2019, respectively, have been excluded from the computation of diluted earnings per share because the effect of their inclusion would have been anti-dilutive for those periods.
