Subsequent Events	NOTE P – Subsequent Events On December 10, 2012, the Board of Directors declared an accelerated cash dividend totaling $0.26 per common share. The dividend was paid on December 28, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 21, 2012 and represented an acceleration of the dividend payments for the third and fourth quarters of fiscal 2013.
