Amendment Description	On July 1, 2024, Worthington Enterprises, Inc. (the “Registrant”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original Report”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Subsequent to filing the Original Report, the Registrant discovered that it inadvertently furnished the incorrect document as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Report. The purpose of this amendment is to furnish to the SEC, as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, a copy of the transcript from the Registrant’s June 26, 2024 conference call regarding the Registrant’s unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended May 31, 2024.
