Subsequent Events	Note S – Subsequent Events On September 29, 2022, the Company announced a plan to separate into two independent, publicly-traded companies – one company is expected to be comprised of the Company’s Steel Processing operating segment, and the other company is expected to be comprised of the Company’s Consumer Products, Building Products and Sustainable Energy Solutions operating segments. The Separation transaction is expected to be completed by early 2024, but is subject to certain conditions, including, among other things, general market conditions, finalization of the capital structure of the two companies, completion of steps necessary to qualify the Separation as a tax-free transaction, receipt of regulatory approvals and final approval from the Company’s Board of Directors.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
