Robin R. Pruitt, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Encore Capital Group, Inc. (“Encore”), resigned from the offices she held with Encore effective June 20, 2008. Paul Grinberg, Encore’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, assumed the office of Secretary effective that date.
