Centre incurre d $200,000 in auditing and legal expenses, which expenses were financed by a secured loan from the Professional Traders Fund .  The loan was secured with 27,599,640 shares of common stock of Centre owned by Mr. Zhijian Lu and Ms. Wu Ge.
