SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	The Company’s senior lender, Renewable Power Resources LLC, agreed to amend the credit facility to provide for an increase of $2.24 million under the original loan, bringing the total availability under the credit facility to $8.74 million. We issued an additional 2.57 million warrants in connection with the added credit facility amount. All terms of the additional loan amount and warrants remain the same as the original loan and warrant terms.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
