(1) On December 1, 2015, the entity was deconsolidated due to the adoption of ASU No. 2015-02. (See Note 3, Accounting Developments, for further information on the adoption of this guidance.) No gain or loss was recognized upon deconsolidation. Noncontrolling interests attributed to Leucadia were $26.3 million at November 30, 2015. During the nine months ended August 31, 2016, the entity was consolidated due to investments by us and a third party.
