Stockholders' Equity	Common Stock The Company has 400,000,000 shares of Common Stock authorized with a par value of $0.001 per share and 5,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock authorized, with a par value of $0.001 per share. As of October 31, 2017, and April 30, 2017 there were 20,368,703 and 20,368,703 common shares outstanding, respectively. No shares of Preferred Stock are outstanding. Common Stock Issued in Private Placements During the six-month period ended October 31, 2017, the Company did not accept any subscription agreements for the sale of its common stock.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income. Includes, but is not limited to, balances of common stock, preferred stock, additional paid-in capital, other capital and retained earnings, accumulated balance for each classification of other comprehensive income and amount of comprehensive income.
