ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RELATED PARTIES	NOTE 3 – DUE TO RELATED PARTIES As of December 31, 2019 and March 31, 2019, $1,836,585 and $1,540,695, respectively, is owed to the officers and directors. Since December 2011, the officers and directors of the Company agreed to accrue compensation for their services until such time the Company had sufficient funds to pay this liability.
