NOTE 5 - COMMON STOCK TRANSACTIONS

The Company issued 580,000 shares in exchange for services valued at $69,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2012. The Company also issued 1,750,000 shares for $100,000 in cash during the nine months ended September 30, 2012.

- Definition

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity, comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, if any, including other comprehensive income (as applicable).
