Stockholders' Equity Note Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 6 - COMMON STOCK TRANSACTIONS The Company issued 365,000 shares of restricted common stock in exchange for services in the amount of $19,351 for the nine months ended December 31, 2011. The Company also issued 300,000 shares in the agreement to purchase the TAC Unit technology; these shares were valued at $45,000. The Company also issued 550,000 shares for $50,000 in cash during the nine months ended December 31, 2011.

NOTE 6 - COMMON STOCK TRANSACTIONS

The Company issued 365,000 shares of restricted common stock in exchange for services in the amount of $19,351 for the nine months ended December 31, 2011. The Company also issued 300,000 shares in the agreement to purchase the TAC Unit technology; these shares were valued at $45,000. The Company also issued 550,000 shares for $50,000 in cash during the nine months ended December 31, 2011.
