Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

Effective June17th, 2008, Mr. Wang Wen Yan is appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Previously the financial controller, Mr. Wang, 29 years old, has been with the Company since May 2005. He worked in a real estate development company for 4 years before joining the Company. He graduated from Shanghai University with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and has a Master’s degree at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Mr. Wang’s employment agreement does not involve in any stock compensations.
