In a press release dated July 17, 2007, Sunrise Real Estate Group, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has approved the distribution of a 3% stock dividend that will be payable on August 15, 2007 to shareholders of record as of August 1, 2007. The text of the press release is filed in this current report as Exhibit 99.1.
