As of March 31, 2016 and 2015, there was no liability for unrecognized tax benefits. The Company is subject to taxation in the United States and various states. The material jurisdictions that are subject to examination by tax authorities primarily include Minnesota and the United States, in each case for tax years 2013, 2014, and 2015.
