Income Taxes	8.Income Taxes The Company reports a liability for unrecognized tax benefits taken or expected to be taken when they are uncertain. As of June 30, 2014 and 2013, there was no liability for unrecognized tax benefits. The Company is subject to taxation in the United States and various states. The material jurisdictions that are subject to examination by tax authorities primarily include Minnesota and the United States, for tax years 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.

Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
