SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On May 5, 2025, the Company held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2025 Annual Meeting”). As a result of the matters submitted to a stockholder vote at the 2025 Annual Meeting, the Company's stockholders adopted a Plan amendment increasing the maximum number of shares available for issuance under the Plan to 54,096,290 shares of Common Stock and increasing the number of shares of Common Stock authorized for issuance for grants of incentive stock options to 13,524,073 shares of Common Stock.
