SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In October 2024 the Company issued 11,950,000 shares of its $0.0001 par value common stock upon the conversion of principal interest, and fees of $50,190 of its outstanding promissory notes, valued at $0.0042 per share.
