Subsequent Events	12. Subsequent Event Public Offering On April 1, 2014 the Company completed a public offering of 3,000 shares of common stock at an offering price of $26.75 per share. An additional 450 shares of common stock were sold at an offering price of $26.75 per share pursuant to the underwriters’ over-allotment option. The Company received aggregate net proceeds of approximately $87,433, after payment of underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated legal, accounting, and other fees incurred in connection with the offering and the over-allotment option.
