RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	(H) RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS A Director of UIL Holdings holds a beneficial interest in the building located at 157 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut, where UIL Holdings leases office space. UIL Holdings’ lease payments for this office space for each of the three‑month periods ended September 30, 2014 and 2013 totaled $0.4 million. UIL Holdings’ lease payments for this office space for each of the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2014 and 2013 totaled $1.4 million and $1.1 million, respectively.
