On January 15, 2003, Redback Networks Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Redback”), announced its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter of 2002 and a restructure of the management team including the appointment of a new CFO. A portion of Redback’s press release announcing this information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
