On July 10, 2002, Redback Networks Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Redback”), announced its financial results for the fiscal second quarter of 2002. A portion of Redback’s press release announcing these financial results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
