Although the Registrant has completed its financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2008, it is unable to assemble all necessary information to complete its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB within the allotted time without incurring unreasonable effort and expense. As a result, it is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the calendar quarter ended March 31, 2008 in a timely manner. The Registrant will file its Form 10-QSB for the period ended March 31, 2008 no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the date on which the Form 10-QSB was due.
