SUBSEQUENT EVENT	9. SUBSEQUENT EVENT In accordance with the dividend declared by the Company’s Board of Directors on April 17, 2023, a cash dividend of $0.1125 per share in an aggregate amount of $1,289,428 was paid on July 17, 2023 to all shareholders of record on July 10, 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
