Accounting Standards Update 2012-02 [Member]

New Accounting Pronouncement or Change in Accounting Principle, Description In July 2012, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (the "FASB") issued ASU 2012-02, Testing Indefinite-Lived Intangible Assets for Impairment ("ASU 2012-02"). The guidance gives companies the option to first perform a qualitative assessment to determine whether it is more likely than not that an indefinite-lived intangible asset is impaired. If the qualitative assessment supports that it is more likely than not that the fair value of the asset exceeds its carrying amount, the company would not be required to perform a quantitative impairment test. If the qualitative assessment does not support the fair value of the assets, then a quantitative assessment is performed. ASU 2012-02 applies to public entities for annual and interim impairment tests performed for fiscal years beginning after September 15, 2012. We do not expect the adoption of ASU 2012-02 to have a material impact on the Company's consolidated financial statements.
Accounting Standards Update 2013-02 [Member]

New Accounting Pronouncement or Change in Accounting Principle, Description In February 2013, the FASB issued ASU 2013-02, Comprehensive Income (Topic 220), Reporting of Amounts Reclassified Out of Accumulated Other Comprehensive Income ("ASU 2013-02"), to require an entity to provide information about the amounts reclassified out of accumulated other comprehensive income by component. An entity is required to present, either on the face of the statement where net income is presented or in the notes, significant amounts reclassified out of accumulated other comprehensive income by the respective line items of net income if the amount reclassified is required under GAAP to be reclassified to net income in its entirety in the same reporting period. For other amounts that are not required to be reclassified in their entirety to net income, an entity is required to cross-reference to other disclosures required under GAAP that provide additional detail about those amounts. This standard is effective for interim and annual periods beginning after December 15, 2012 and is to be applied on a prospective basis. We adopted ASU 2013-02 and will disclose significant amounts reclassified out of accumulated other comprehensive income as such transactions arise. ASU 2013-02 affects financial statement presentation and has no impact on our results of unaudited consolidated financial statements.
