               Effective October 12, 2007, James Lonergan is resigning from his positions as President and Chief Operating Officer of TheStreet.com, Inc. (the “Company”), in order to pursue entrepreneurial business interests. The Company accepted Mr. Lonergan’s resignation on September 26, 2007.
