Schedule of Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 1, 2011, the Company signed an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Dotomi, Inc., a provider of data driven display marketing solutions. The closing of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory review, and is expected to be completed before the end of the third quarter of 2011. The total merger consideration is approximately $295 million, plus unvested equity awards assumed by the Company with an estimated value of approximately $15 million. The Company is currently performing a valuation analysis of the assets and liabilities acquired and the resulting goodwill. As a result, the Company is unable to disclose these valuations at this time.
