Business Restructuring Charges
In connection with the Company's acquisition of Bard as well as in connection with its fiscal year 2015 acquisition of CareFusion and other portfolio rationalization initiatives, the Company incurred restructuring costs during the three months ended December 31, 2017, which were recorded as Acquisitions and other restructurings. Restructuring liability activity for the three months ended December 31, 2017 was as follows:
