GOODWILL	GOODWILL Goodwill represents the excess of the cost of an acquisition over the fair value of the identifiable net assets acquired. We had no changes to the carrying amount of goodwill during the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020. We had no accumulated impairment losses related to our goodwill as of December 31, 2021. During the third quarter of 2021, we completed our annual goodwill impairment test as of July 1, 2021. No impairment resulted from this test.
