On April 29, 2003, Wisconsin Electric Power Company issued a press release announcing that it had entered into an agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency and United States Department of Justice to significantly reduce air emissions from its coal-fired generating facilities. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
