Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 14—Subsequent Events On March 10, 2014, Venture Lending and Leasing VI and VII exercised 168,366 warrants with an exercise price of $1.96 per share. The warrants were net settled resulting in the Company issuing 89,230 shares of common stock.
