17.   SEGMENT INFORMATION

The Company’s only operating segment consists of dental products and oral hygiene products sold by Remedent Inc., Remedent N.V., and Biotech Dental Bnelux N.V. in the year ended March 31, 2015 and Remedent Inc., Remedent, N.V., GlamSmile Deutschland GmbH and GlamSmile Rome SRL in the year ended March 31, 2014. Our operations are primarily in Europe and Asia and 100% of our sales for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2015 and March 31, 2014 were generated from customers outside of the United States.
