(a) On October 16, 2019, Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release and made a concurrent public presentation regarding its operating and financial results for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
