Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 12, 2019, PolarityTE, Inc., issued a press release entitled “PolarityTE Reports Third Calendar Quarter 2019 Results.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

The Company also hosted a conference call on November 12, 2019 in which the financial results were discussed.
