Unamortized deferred debt issuance costs related to our Convertible Senior Notes at September 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012 totaled $4.3 million and $5.0 million, respectively.
At September 30, 2013, we were in compliance with all covenants under our bank loans. These include a minimum liquidity covenant requiring us to maintain with the bank unrestricted cash and marketable securities plus available amounts equal to or greater than the sum of all indebtedness owed to the bank plus our operating liquidity.
