Golden Spirit Mourns Death of Director

Montreal. Que. – (MARKETWIRE) – June 4, 2008 –Golden Spirit Enterprises Ltd. (OTC BB: GSPT)  reports that the Company has just been informed today that Company Director Jeff Scheive has passed away.
