The consideration provided by the Company is the drilling work they will perform for this farm-in acquisition.   On August 19, 2013 the Company's board of directors unanimously approved the increase of its authorized number of shares of common stock from 1,250,000,000 to 1,950,000,000.   On September 13, 3013, Lee C.
