Notes Payable

Notes payable consists of short and long-term financing arrangements for software licenses, subscriptions, support, corporate insurance policies, and other. The Company’s outstanding balances under its note payable agreements were $7,000 and $56,000 as of June 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018, respectively.
