Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On June 30, 2005, Mr Ruslan Z. Tsarni resigned as the Secretary and Vice-President, Business Development of Big Sky Energy Corporation (“Big Sky”).

Big Sky wishes to consolidate the duties of Corporate Secretary within the role of Chief Financial Officer and to that end, Mr. Bruce H. Gaston, Big Sky’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, has assumed this role as of June 30, 2005.
