Premises Held for Sale, Net	Premises Held for Sale, Net During the fourth quarter 2018, LCNB sold a branch building. The sale price of the building was approximately $645,000 less than the carrying value, resulting in an impairment charge of the aforementioned amount. The new fair value of the premises held for sale at September 30, 2018 is $505,000.
