Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 1, 2019, Know Labs, Inc. (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing that Racer Technology Pte. Ltd. has agreed to manufacture the Company’s wearable UBAND Calorie Counter and later its wearable UBAND Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM). A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
