WARRANTS	WARRANTS On August 31, 2010, we issued warrants to acquire common stock (the “Warrants”) in two tranches: Class A Warrants to purchase an aggregate of approximately 1.5 million shares of common stock and Class B Warrants to purchase an aggregate of approximately 1.5 million shares of common stock. The Warrants were issued to holders of our predecessor common stock pro rata based on a holder’s stock ownership. These Warrants have been included in derivative liabilities on the accompanying condensed consolidated balance sheets in accordance with authoritative accounting guidance (see Note 11).
