As a result of hiring a new finance and accounting team in January, as well as a new independent registered public accounting firm in late 2007, the registrant’s year end audit was delayed. For this reason, a short delay is required.

Annex A to Form 12b-25


In 2007, our total revenues increased to $6,009,377 from $$2,414,155 in 2006.  In 2007, for the first time we will report revenues from the sale of intellectual property, which were $5,259,370. The balance of the proceeds from the sale of our ship stripping business was not reported as revenues.  As a result of this sale, our net loss was reduced to $606,796 compared to $4,133,056 in 2006.
