BANCOLOMBIA S.A. ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR

Medellin, Colombia, March 14, 2018

At a meeting held today, the General Shareholders’ Assembly of Bancolombia appointed Price Waterhouse Coopers PwC Ltda. as External Auditor. In accordance with the Good Governance Code, the appointment was made following a technical selection process led by the Audit Committee.

The new external auditor firm will assume its responsibilities once the requisite procedures with the Colombian Superintendence of Finance are completed.
